Who We Are

Golgotha Christian Centre is a Holy Ghost-filled house in Gwagwalada, Abuja — built on life-applicable Bible teaching and a deep prayer altar.

We are a family before we are a congregation. The Church is not a building you visit; it is the people you walk with. Here, you find friends higher than where you are, intercessors who hold your matter before God, and brothers and sisters who refuse to let you walk anything alone.

Come the way you are. The mandate is not for the put-together — it is for those who keep coming. By the help of the Holy Ghost, we believe every life that meets Christ here is truly transformed.

Our Vision

"To turn all men to God, to teach them to overcome, to prepare them for the second coming."

How we live it

  • We turn — every soul we meet, we carry toward heaven
  • We teach — not by might nor by power, but by His Spirit
  • We prepare — a Church without spot or wrinkle, ready for His return
  • We restore — the voice that says "restore" in every place we walk

What this house believes

Six convictions we live by.

Not a checklist of doctrines, but the convictions that shape how we gather, how we pray, and the people we are sent to become.

  1. 01

The Holy Ghost is our reality

The difference between us and every other faith — and between us and the world — is the Holy Ghost. Every gathering, every prayer, every step is taken with His help.

    Acts 2:39
  2. 02

    Jesus is coming back again

We exist to prepare a people for the second coming of Christ. The mandate is not background music — it is the reason this house was built.

    1 Thessalonians 4:14
  3. 03

The Church is family, not a building

You and I are the Church. We are family before we are an audience. Departments, house fellowships, the altar — we refuse to walk anything alone.

    Hebrews 10:25
  4. 04

Come the way you are — be made whole

Christ is presenting a Church without spot or wrinkle. Do not try to fix yourself before you meet Him. Come broken; leave restored.

    Ephesians 5:27
  5. 05

    Be the voice of restoration

In business, in government, in family — we speak restoration. The world is robbed and spoiled, and the Church is the voice that says, "restore."

    Isaiah 42:22
  6. 06

    Be the light, everywhere

You were set upon a hill — you cannot be hidden. In the home, the marketplace, the nation, the gift God placed in you must shine.

    Matthew 5:14–16
